Moody Ridge

In the early states of grape development, the vines must

be sprayed for both fertilization and to protect them from

pests and mold.

 Although Moody Ridge cannot techincally call their wine

 "organic", every effort is taken to minimize the use of

chemicals and pesticides.  Lambs are used to keep

weeds out of the vineyard.

Pruning takes from late December

through March.
